Funds are held in separate, protected and audited client accounts and only applied to prior agreed investment or project frameworks, to manage risk and security, drive or maximise revenue and value at every stage of the development or investment process.

Typically we attract funds from smaller investors to act as a crowd fund, or high net worth clients or capital investors seeking greater returns by direct investment methods.

Investment levels can range from circa £15,000.00,usually £50,000.00 up to many millions. Strategies are agreed in advance.

Strategies may include SPV and approved tax structures to maximise the return,including off -shore.Such methods being governed by professional advisers.
