Our founder has a wide ranging skill base, encompassing all aspect of property development, design, management and leadership.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building Engineers, (formerly the Association of Architects and Surveyors),in addition to being a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, with many other regulatory and technical qualifications, including being a qualified executive coach, mentor and business adviser.
With voluntary board experience at one of Europe’s largest Hospitals in the NHS he provided an invaluable contribution to the dramatic turnaround following a damning public enquiry, with accolades from the Secretary of State for Health and subsequently lecturing, developing and supporting the launch of an award winning service pathway.
Martin routinely supports graduates in their career development and puts passion at the heart of his personal or commercial interests as an entrepreneur, business man, professional and family man.
With early experience in the public sector as a District Surveyor, Martin founded a Project Management and Development practice, providing direct development fund investment activities, with services including all aspects of the development cycle such as Architecture, Surveying, Engineering, Construction and Asset management of retained portfolios or roll out programmes with major national clients and investor groups.
